Find the owner's active grant for one app.
Parameters
- gateway: Pick<GatewayClient, "listGrantsByUser">
  Gateway to read from (GET /v1/grants?user=<owner>).
- owner: string
  The grantor address.
- granteeId: string
  The app's bytes32 builder id.
Returns Promise<GatewayGrantResponse | null>
The active grant, or null when there is none.
