Encrypt plaintext using OpenPGP password-based encryption.
Parameters
- plaintext: Uint8Array
  Bytes to encrypt (e.g. JSON.stringify of an envelope).
- password: string
  Hex-encoded scope key (typically from deriveScopeKey).
Returns Promise<Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>>
OpenPGP-encrypted binary data.
