): VanaCore & StorageRequiredMarker
Creates a VanaCore instance that enforces storage requirements at compile time. Use this factory when you know you'll need storage-dependent operations.
Parameters
- platform: VanaPlatformAdapter
  The platform adapter for environment-specific operations
- config: VanaConfigWithStorage
  Configuration that includes required storage providers
Returns VanaCore & StorageRequiredMarker
VanaCore instance with storage validation

`Static`create

create(platform: VanaPlatformAdapter, config: VanaConfig): VanaCore
Creates a VanaCore instance without storage requirements. Storage-dependent operations will fail at runtime if not configured.
Parameters

  The platform adapter for environment-specific operations
- config: VanaConfig
  Basic configuration without required storage
Returns VanaCore
VanaCore instance
